The department finally announced the reversal of lay ownership rules for our pharmacies. This exhaustion I feel is worth it knowing we protected the professional integrity of our practice. We need to stay alert to ensure the implementation follows through exactly as promised.

This policy is a mess. Patients deserve better advice from their local pharmacist who actually knows their history.
Totally agree. These big retail chains only care about profit margins and not the actual patients. This needs to change now.
My local chemist keeps closing down because they cant compete with the big guys. Its wrong.
PHARMACY IS HEALTHCARE NOT BUSINESS!!!!
About time. Local pharmacies are struggling while these huge corps push for cheaper and faster service at the cost of safety.

Pharmacy is a professional medical practice not a retail shop to be run by corporate suits. Keep medicine in the hands of the experts.
