I strongly feel the only way forward to have the challenges this profession faces addressed is to have our own representative board on the HPCSA which solely deals with our issues and grievances.

I have been hearing from so many of you who feel the current board structure ignores our training and expertise. We are working behind the scenes to prepare a formal submission that outlines exactly why our profession requires its own representation to progress.

Watching this list grow reminds me how many of us are tired of being ignored while our professional growth stays stalled. We need to hit that hundred signature mark to ensure the board understands our demand for an independent body is serious. All physios are frustrated with the way that the HPCSA is currently functioning and this change would be the first step into dealing with a whole list of issues.
a dedicated boats would be able to address specific needs of our profession that are not common to the others
I support the move as I feel that Physiotherapy is really undermined. Especially in public sector.
recognition of advance qualification is needed as soon as yesterday for that I greatly endors my name
I totally agree,at the present moment the board is focusing on different issues and doesn't give 100% attention to the Physiotherapy challenges.Each field should have their independent board for growth of the professions.
