We want Babergh District Council to adopt all Public Open Spaces in line with the legally binding Planning Permission that was granted to Persimmon in 2009 for Weavers Meadow. The current process involving Remus and costing residents over £200 a year is in contradiction to the Planning Permission and should be ended.
