As a collection of leaders, we request the company retain the use of the original pin titles in the Western Region. Namely; Gold, Lapis, Ruby, Emerald, Diamond, Blue Diamond, and Team Elite.
We understand the attempt to unify around one set of titles, but respectfully request to differentiate on this point.

I really did not think this would gain this much steam when I first hit publish on my laptop late at night. Seeing the reactions from so many of you is honestly blowing my mind because it feels like we are actually being seen now.

The new titles have no progression that make any sense and all sound the same. We need to know what we are teaching for and recognizing. Sounds currently like we are members of a law firm not a people business. Zero emotion... atleast no positive emotion... only confusion!!
The new pin titles have been a massive disruption to our business and 2 years after their introduction in the Pacific, they are still not used by most people (new or older leaders) as they simply are messy and confusing. I vote to retain the old titles. Graham Park TE Pacific Region
I love old names. In VietNam, the new title is very long; not easy to remember, for example Diamond is “Giám Đốc Đối Tác Thương Hiệu Cấp Cao” and we have to (Diamond)!!
The Pin Titles are at the core of our culture. They are instantly associated with level of achievement. If we have to stop and pull out a cheat sheet to determine the new titles we have added needless confusion. That’s what we have with the new titles, needless confusion.
The old ones please!!! In EMEA we asked over 100 TE and BD.s the question 4 months ago and only a few liked the new ones. The rest wanted the old ones back.
We cannot prevail playing defense. We must score points to win. You will score big by not stripping us of our ‘great names’. My Dad would often remind me: ‘Kenton, you only get one name. Be careful what you do with it.’ Recently someone said; ‘Well, it’s just a name, why make such a big deal out of it?’ I realized that this person had never walked through the fire to reach Ruby, was never crushed by the weight of becoming a Diamond and never personally powered through the pain required to reach Team Elite. As a Nu Skin Team Elite I’ve been given many different names. I carry in my heart, as do all who walk this path, the gratitude and honor that came with each new name I was given - Executive, Gold, Lapis, Emerald, Diamond, Blue Diamond, Team Elite. These names may not mean anything to those who have never walked in our shoes, but if we are to continue our legacy of empowering others - you must not rob us of our ‘great names’.
In a well-intended effort to upgrade or update titles, what was created was confusion and a lack of distinction. The "color" associated with each level is a huge source of recognition!

The new titles all sound the same and create ongoing confusion!! Former titles made recognition Fun as they wore the color in the form of clothing and jewelry. Please bring them back!!
