The board reversed their decision today and the greenbelt will remain exactly as it is. I am deeply thankful to the 117 people who supported this effort when the outcome seemed uncertain. We should stay attentive to future landscape plans for these grounds to ensure this space is preserved for …
Please sign the petition to keep the greenbelt green Crowne Hill!
The board has voted to remove the grass we all love in the greenbelt, if you would like to see it stay please sign the petition and share, share share. We may still have time to save it!
We have been home-owners since this track was built in 2003. We actually paid extra for our lot due to the fact it bordered the greenbelt. I don't feel this is right. Please keep the grass for the families; especially the children!

There should be some options in Lieu of destroying the grass and trees what is the cost to maintaining the green grass? Has that been proposed to the the residents ?
How about creating a space with drought resistant plants and vegetation area woth hiking paths, Creating a community vegetable garden.
Or possibly even a dog park? Or all the above it’s a large space. We as a community should be exercising our right to entertain the above even if it’s at a cost at least we know all our options allowing the voices of our residents.

This is terrible. If I purchased a home on this green belt, I would be consulting a lawyer since the HOA is devaluing my property with this move.

I would really like to see the landscaping plans for this project. I would be okay with replacing some of the green landscape but definitely not all of it. Leave the nice flat grass areas alone.

We’ve lived in Crowne Hill for over 15 years. I can’t imagine this green belt not being there. I’m shocked the decision was made without investigating the feelings of the homeowners who live directly adjacent to the green belt and who paid a very high premium to have those lots. Sometimes it’s not about dollar signs. Sometimes is quality of life. Our HOA kind of blew it with regards to this decision.

Please keep the green belt green, we don’t want it looking like a desert. Our pets love to play there.
