I have been hearing so many stories from families who rely on this pool to stay cool and connect with neighbors during the summer. I am currently gathering all these notes to present directly to the council members at their upcoming session. The thought of losing this space for my kids is unacceptable and I refuse to let it happen without a fight.

My kids have spent every single summer learning to swim in that water and I refuse to let it disappear. We are almost at one hundred signatures so please blast this link out to your neighbors right now to push us over that mark.

Me, my sister,two nieces with their children go several times every week . We are building fun memories with family . Its the perfect size to keep a eye on each other. Plus I have arthritis and the water helps so much . Please stay open.
If there's $20k in the budget to move a wooden shack on the river, there's budget to keep this pool open. This is the only public pool option in Newburgh for kids during the Summer and is a regular spot for Summer daycares and schools in town.
I worked there this past Summer. Best summer job I’ve had and I was looking forward to working there again this summer. It is such a great employment opportunity for people my age and a great place for people my age to hang out some where fun and safe.
This is one if not the only place in Newburgh kids and families have to enjoy with out having to go into Evansville! I would love to continue my children's swim lessons there! Maybe they should lower the price for the season pass to the same price for all Newburgh residents no matter if they live in the city or county.
This is a community staple. It's a place where families can spend time in the hot summer months. Families constantly go out of town to enjoy what other cities have to offer. Instead of fluffing old buildings..build places that people want to visit in our community!!!

Great memories of my childhood and teen years were at Newburgh Pool. It kept us occupied and out of trouble...without the pool we’d have been bored. It was fun, clean and supervised...a safe haven where we all got along.
