Price hikes & poor standards at Brandon Hall Hotel Gym are unacceptable. In particular, the doubling of child prices (now £6 per child per visit) & charging immediately from birth is pricing the local community & particularly young families out of the market. We ask for the management to improve standards while charging a fair price & without alienating local people who have been using the gym for years and wish to continue to do so. In particular we ask that babies & toddlers remain free & that school age children are charged a reasonable fee.
