Reaching this point has been exhausting but watching this community unite gives me the fuel to keep pushing forward. We are moving our efforts to a new site to better coordinate this fight so please meet us over there to continue the work.

I have a six year old daughter that we walk to school at Chalker Elementary. There is way to much cut through traffic on N Booth Rd already, this is a very bad idea. Already one jogger has been hit and killed on N Booth, how many children will be injured or killed by this??? This is a horrible idea!!!!
sounds like mixing up seniors citizens and children. not a good area for another gas station.
The proposed commercial activity which includes Indoor/Outdoor Recreation, hotel,gas station and fast food food restaurant, right across a school cannot be considered safe.
This development per Cobb County code is totally incompatiable with this area. To approve such a dastic change in a zoning designation as this could be seen as "spot zoning" which is illegal.
A senior living complex and/or recreation use might be okay, but we're definitely don't need businesses there. Why can't the businesses use the empty retail space at Bells Ferry & I575?
We do not want commercial development in our RESIDENTIAL area. This site is NOT suitable for any part of Cobb International Village, or whatever other name Mr McSorley happens to be calling it.

I find it interesting that the title of the development is "Georgia Kids Project LLC" and yet includes a hotel, gas station and other items not associated with children. This area is a residential community and should not be developed with this type of commercial properties. We purchased this home October of 2013 because it is tucked away in a nice quite area and I believe that this development will greatly depreciate the value of our homes and definitely have a negative impact on the residential area.
