This petition is to help those who have been through redundency claims, who have not had the right 30 days consultation periods for those redundencies and who have been "denied" compensation as a result of the lack or no consultation's the Protecetive Award as highlighted by the recent Woolworths Tribunal case by Usdaw in January.
