I am campaigning for the rights of workers who have been employed for under a year. Currently they have no rights to take their case to an employment tribunal if they have been unfairly sacked. Many people believe that if you have been sacked unfairly you can take the employer to an employment tribunal. This is not possible for alot of workers as they did not work with the employer for longer than a year before being sacked unfairly. This needs to change to make employment for these workers more secure. If things dont change some employers will continue to badly treat these workers. Please show support by signing the petition.
