For those of you who dont know, baby Brianna Lopez was a 5 month old who died from a severe case of child abuse.. by far the worst i've heard. The sick individuals who are responsible for her death are her very own parents & uncle. She suffered from abuse everyday during her short life. She was also raped by her father & uncle. . her mother Stephanie Lopez knew what was happening to her daughter & never attempted to stop the abuse. Matter of fact, she bit Brianna numerous times when she became frustrated with her. Her mother, who was found responsible to Brianna's death including her twin brother Steven & her boyfriend Andy, only got a 27yr sentence & she can serve only half her time, coming home next year on parole. I cant help but get aggravated & furious knowing Stephanie can possibly be home next year due to "good" behavior not to mention, the state of New Mexico doesnt consider child abuse a serious crime. What a shame. i'm creating this petition in hopes of reaching my signature goal, taking this to the parole board & help keep Stephanie incarcerated. No monster deserves to be free!!
