This petition is to ensure that justice is served in the case of Baby Lily. Lily Grace Crowell was a beautiful 21 month old. She had stunning blue eyes and brown curly hair. She was a doll baby. When she looked up at you with those beautiful blue eyes your heart would melt.
Her murderer has been walking free since he was able to post $150,000.00 bond, and will be free until he is sentenced. He was allowed to plea bargain his 1st degree murder and felony child abuse charges down to just a 2nd degree murder charge. This baby at least deserves for her loved one's to stand up for her in this last hour and respectfully demand that Travis Lemmond receive the maximum sentence and if at all possible to revoke bond and put him behind bars until he is sentenced. I don't know of anyone who is more of a flight risk; at this point what does he have to lose.
Please help us see that Lily's murderer is brought to justice by signing this petition. Thank you

This is disgusting. How is he out on bond after doing that to a baby? Put him away for life.
