This is a petition to get justice for a beautiful four month oldbabygirl that was raped and abused. She was in the care of her mothers boyfriend Elijah Fernandez at the time of her death. She was hit in the face knocked un conscious and lay there helpless, Elijah ran to Izabellahs grandmother and told her that Izabellah fell off the bed and wasnt breathing. At the time of this abuse Izabellahs mother was supposibly doing the laundry at a relatives house. Baby Izabellah was rushed to the hospital and was put on life support. They determined at the hospital that Izabellah had been sexually penetrated multiple times, it wasnt only that night that the abuse happened. How could Izabellahs mother not have noticed something was wrong with her daughter down there while changing her diapers? did she choose to not care? apperantly not because she let it happen more than once . CYFD was called on Izabellah and her older sister that is 2 year old. Never did CYFD investigate. Izabellah was underweight and was born with THC in her system. The mother didnt care about her through pregnancy or life. I want this petition signed by all that want to be this innocent babys voice that was never heard! I want Izabellahs mother and grandmother in jail along with Elijah for letting the sexual/physical abuse happen.
