We are looking to pass a law that will give harsher punishment to child abusers, such as molesters, parents that abuse their children resulting in trauma, bodily injuries that lead to the child's death. Right now there are millions of children being tortured beaten, cut, raped, burned, drowned,starved, children that like little Briana Lopez have never know anything but pain and hurt. Little Briana Lopez was born on Valentine's day a beautiful little angel who was raped by her father and uncle beaten by her own mother thrown up in the air letting her fall on the floor, all this causing her death all before she could even turn six months of age, she died due to her serious internal injuries. We want the death penalty to those that cause death through abuse, and harsher punishment to those that cause any type of abuse unto a child, six months in jail is not enough time to a person who rapes or beats a baby.
