Cody and Felicia Beemer allegedly raped their 13 month old daughter in a "supervised" visit to CSB in Trumbull County, Ohio. They are currently being held on a $1 million dollar bond. We are asking the DA in the case to pursue maximum prosecutorial efforts, and upon conviction, maximum sentencing. Also, we are asking that CSB be held accountable for their inaction and irresponsibilty in that no one supervised them? This is NOT acceptable. Please sign and share this petition with everyone. Thank you. Also all 3 Trumbull County Commissioners need to be held accountable. As well as the 7 members of the CSB board members. We are requesting a full investigation on all parties responsible.

Formal letters detailing the specific lapses in oversight at the Trumbull County CSB are currently being drafted for delivery to the Prosecutor. Legal counsel is reviewing the administrative records to determine the exact chain of command responsible for the lack of supervision during these visits.

This petition needs more coverage!!!!! They should never see the light of day again
how were they left alone with a baby at all?? heads need to roll at the csb for this mess. lock them up and throw away the key.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. keep them behind bars forever!!!!
my heart breaks for that poor baby. those people are monsters and deserve to rot in a cell for what they did. no mercy for them ever.
This breaks my heart in ways I never thought possible. These people are not capable of rehabilitation.
