After considerable due diligence and communication with the Board, we the undersigned wish to express, as strongly as possible, our desire to see all retention basins devoid of brush and indigenous plants, professionally seeded, and subsequently mowed with a manicured effect.

THANK YOU. i am sick of looking at weeds and tall brush behind my fence. it really needs to be kept short and clean looking.
