I was "sold" on the idea of a "GATE" and not an "arm". The salesperson boasted about it constantly. If we don't get a real gate then this is a case of bait and switch.
As for the trash pickup. I've been in contact with MGH and they are egomaniacal about how they are the "chosen ones" and we cannot use anyone else.
