In the state of Minnesota, risking an animals life by leaving them in a car on a hot day is only 25 dollars. That is about the same price as going out to dinner. It's basically a slap on the wrists to the people doing it and a slap in the face towards us animal lovers. Help me get the fine increased at least 85 dollars. I will be showing this to the city and printing off the results to show that A LOT of people, not just me, are worried about these animals and want to make a change.
