it has come to attention that in a lot of states, the punishment (if any) for animal abuse is only a misdemeanor with violation of a fine only.
I would like to petition that the laws for animal abuse become more severe and be taken more seriously through the police force and or special force be created for animal abuse victims.
the abused cannot defend themselves and cannot speak for themselves and in this inhumane world in which we live in anymore, they could use the help of any human willing to fight for their rights as beings.

The cowards in state government think a slap on the wrist is enough for people who torture defenseless animals. We are building a movement to force them to stop treating cruelty like a minor traffic ticket.

The momentum behind this is finally forcing the hands of the cowards who ignore these animals. We have built a force that the authorities can no longer pretend does not exist.

its sick what people do to these poor defenseless creatures and then get away with practically nothing. definitely needs to be a felony.
TOTALLY AGREE. If you hurt a dog you should serve real time. Stop letting these monsters off with a slap on the wrist.
