Immediate Removal of Kelly Lindholm, Jon Lindholm, Susan Thetford, Rachel Robertson & Cecily Peeples
The nepotism and corruption must end at Marion ISD. Our teachers have no voice to be heard. Many live in fear. Many are oppressed. Many have quietly left. When the HR Director is married to the Superintendent, who are they supposed to talk to?
When the Primary Principal, Curriculum Director and Director of Support Services are another layer of the corruption, who has any checks and balances.
There is NO integrity left with Central Office. We need to clean house and restore what makes Marion, Marion. Bring back our small town with a big heart. Teachers need to know they are safe and supported. This is America. We stand firm in our petition to remove:

The petition reached 100 signatures this morning. I am finalizing a formal letter to the Marion ISD Board of Trustees to request an immediate review of these administrative ties. I will coordinate with legal counsel to ensure this document is delivered to the board office.

As a former employee of the district I was not supported and felt the need to leave. No support was given to me at all and I was miserable. Leaving the students was terrible but the admin was unchecked in their abuse if power.
The unethical situation with the Superintendent and head of HR is unacceptable !! Excellent Educators have been forced out for bringing valid concerns to administration and this is Wrong ! The bullying NEEDS to Stop !!!
These members of the administration need to be removed immediately. The corruption, missing funds from budgets, gratuitous spending and missing equipment need to be fully investigated for any criminal activity.
Everything going on behind the scenes that we are not aware of is not okay. All the closed meetings, no budgets being posted, long time teachers leaving because of the principal, it needs to stop. We have lost to many amazing teachers!!!!
I had no luck with issues with my daughter from Kelly Lindholm and Rachel Robertson. Too many great teachers have left and too many are suffering.
Can you please keep me abreast of the new M.S. principal, as several complaints have been made on this platform against his integrity toward students.

Conflict of interest when HR director and superintendent are married. School board should never have let this go on.
