The community of our beloved high school in the heart of this wonderful Minnesota Lakes area is facing a crisis that we cannot ignore any longer. The leadership under the current principal and a couple staff members has led to a decline in educational goals, student morale, and community trust. As concerned parents, teachers, students and community members, we believe the time has come for a change in leadership to restore our institution's former glory.
Numerous reports have highlighted unquestionably the poorest examples of the decision-making processes and a total lack of transparency in handling critical issues within the school. Over the past few years there have been multiple complaints regarding the administration leaders inability to address the UNRIGHTEOUS, UNNECESSARY and ILLEGAL actions that have been used by who we were supposed to look up to as "honest leaders". The evidence is overwhelming! Failing to act now would only further jeopardize the hopeful future of our students and the reputation of our school.

Principal leadership should embody trust, integrity, and the capability to inspire both students and staff. Sadly, these qualities have been absent, as shown by the concerning students, faculty and this community many call a village.
BRIGHT FUTURES FOR OUR STUDENTS CAN ONLY BE POSSIBLE IF ENCOURAGED POSITIVELY AND PROSPER FROM LEADERSHIP WHO WON'T SETTLE FOR FAILURE BUT TO GO THE EXTRA MILE TO NEVER LEAVE ANY STUDENT BEHIND.
Being in a small community, one may worry about having a target on their back If they would support such a movement as slated in this letter, Or even worse a Target on their children's backs! There will be many who Will consider opting out for that reason. Bullying is an issue everywhere and nobody shall be exempt. At a minimum we we do ask that you speak to your children or parents who are reading and/or signing this to share with them. You can always sign anonymously if you have any comments or experiences that you would like to BE HEARD!
Sign this petition to call for the immediate resignation of the principal and any staff members (who participated in ignoring morale knowingly; You know who you are) and start the beginning of a revitalizing new chapter for our great school in the upcoming year!!

She’s trespassed into a students home with no consent from anyone and found the students room key to unlock there room while the student was in there underwear and took the students phone and brought it to the school all because this student didn’t go to school one day.
Several students have gone online, and even a couple dropped out because that was their only option. She doesn't let kids tell their side of the story she only wants to believe what she thinks. Principles should be hearing what students have to say. Sad to see such a sorry person could get a job full of kids whom are trying their hardest js to make it out.
She is not a fair person! She has called my daughter and myself liars right to our faces, when we were trying to talk to her about a teacher harassing my daughter.
she has made several people switch to online and hate high school. high school is supposed to be enjoyable and let kids live but we are trapped like we’re in jail
I would expect a higher level of professionalism and common sense. Why leave your work to go to a private home ever? Has anyone had an educator come to your home? Anyone involved from the school should resign or get fired. What else has been going on? Higher standards are expected

She’s very mean and doesn’t follow threw with anything that is parents planned with our child we all signed a contract and she still didn’t follow threw. She’s also gone up to my daughter and yelled at her bout how she’s not Guna get a certain teacher for her iep when it was already setup so now I get to deal with that. The unfairness is unreal with her. Also had a very serious happen last year and she handled it very poorly and basically took it as a joke. We need someone new for things to change cause what’s going on is NOT OK!!!!!
