Can you please keep me abreast of the new M.S. principal, as several complaints have been made on this platform against his integrity toward students.

Conflict of interest when HR director and superintendent are married. School board should never have let this go on.

Nepotism isn’t allowed in our work force and shouldn’t be allowed in Marion ISD either. Time to get rid of the bullies and the corruption.

To deny employees from legal assistance and medical services is unconscionable. And, unethical for a leader of a district.

Bottom line, our students deserve better. What does it say about Mrs. Lindholm’s ability to lead when there is so much teacher turnover? Parents, we didn’t leave because of the money, which many people think. We left because we were not valued as educators, but even worse, Mrs Lindholm forgot that we are people with feelings and families. She thinks everyone is replaceable - there is always someone else who wants the job so move on and let us replace you. The problem with this philosophy is our children are the ones who pay the price. As any profession, a teacher’s skill set gets better with practice. I’m always a better teacher the second year I teach something vs the first year. Our kids are always receiving “first season” teaching; mark my words, all teachers do their best, but with very little curriculum provided by the district and the fact they are having to learn the ropes of this new district, they will not be at their best teaching level until they’ve had some practice. Couple this with the fact that everyone sees the corruption, and it’s a revolving door that will not stop until someone with some quality leadership skills takes over and makes people feel they are loved and they are safe.

The house must be cleaned. The schools are losin many more really GREAT teachers due to Robertson and the nepotism when parents and teachers alike have no one to go to. Superintendent married to head of HR and Super is friends and hand picked Robertson. Replacing 5/6 bad apples that can go else where and find jobs in nothing compared to losing so many more great teachers and knowing that as a parent teachers fear of doing the right thing because it could mean losing their jobs. Robertson was utilizing schools special needs to fit her child’s needs and neglecting the needs of an entire classroom of kids.

This has been going on for a long time. Many teachers/coaches have had/do have targets on their backs!

As a former employee of the district I was not supported and felt the need to leave. No support was given to me at all and I was miserable. Leaving the students was terrible but the admin was unchecked in their abuse if power.

My daughter was completely devastated today by the loss of Mr Baker and called me crying. She has been with him for 3 years and has repeatedly been on two of his teams. She wanted Mr Baker to be the teacher to hand her her diploma next May. Now with this ridiculous decision that won’t happen and she will be leaving the AG program since he will no longer be there. This decision needs to be overturned and start putting students first!

These members of the administration need to be removed immediately. The corruption, missing funds from budgets, gratuitous spending and missing equipment need to be fully investigated for any criminal activity.

I have 1st hand experience working for the Lindholms as the middle school/HS/District nurse. Kelly is a HORRIBLE lady .. felt the repercussions for anything I did differently or directed by the state. She once told me I was some city slicker making these changes; I said “No, these are State mandated rules this district isn’t following and I don’t want to lose my license by doing things outside my scope of practice) . She didn’t care/ her way or no way; so I quit my “underpaid” job at MISD
