Citizens of the Town of Gore, exercise your constitutional right to petition our local government for accountability and transparency in public office. It is both our civic duty and our legal right to voice concerns when we believe that the actions of a public employee may conflict with the best interests of the community.
We respectfully petition for the removal of Lisa Settlemyre from all duties associated with the Town of Gore due to concerns regarding conflicts of interest, embezzlement, fraud, forgery, misconduct, and other state law violations. We believe that this situation undermines public trust and the integrity of our local government.
Our intention is not to attack any individual personally but to ensure that our town’s operations reflect the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and fairness. Every public servant must be held accountable to the citizens they serve, and no one should hold positions that could compromise the proper checks and balances within our government structure.
By signing this petition, we call upon the Town of Gore’s leadership to review this matter with diligence, integrity, and respect for the public’s concern. We seek to restore confidence in our local administration and reaffirm the foundational principle of a “government of the people, by the people, for the people”.

That would be one step towards the right direction she thinks she is better than everyone else
This needs to happen! Sad but true!!! There are enough scammers hacking our bank accounts, etc., that it doesn’t need to come from our home!!!
No one should be working for one town then turning around and being on the clock there to go do something in another town on that Town's business.
Lisa has sadly shown she cannot be trusted as a public servant. Lisa I pray that you acknowledge the wrong done and come to the Lord as your Savior and be restored into fellowship.

She is by far the most corrupt city employee I have ever dealt with. She is vindictive, unethical, power-hungry and has no place being a government employing any capacity! She is a majority of Gores problems. This city will be much healthier without her on the payroll. She simply thinks the rules and laws do not apply to her.
