As you are aware, the current HOA bylaws do not allow sheds in the neighborhood. Given the interest gauged from a recent Facebook neighborhood page question, this petition is for your support to modify the bylaws to allow sheds. Acceptable shed material/requirements would be narrowed down and all would require HOA approval.
