This is a petition to the Cantamar HOA to allow residents to install a Tiki Hut or Gazebo in their backyard.
I recently applied to the HOA to install a gazebo in my fenced backyard. The application was denied as although the rules do not disallow these structures, the HOA responded saying that the consent of the community is required before they will approve Tiki Huts or Gazebos.
For those in agreement, please sign this petition as your support is required so that these structures can be allowed in the HOA rules. Please include your address or at least street name in the Comments section so that the HOA may verify that you are a member of the community.
