Would you be willing to vote yes for an amendment to our current HOA declarations to allow you and/or your neighbors the option to have a shed or greenhouse on their property if it is approved by the HOA? Only one signature is allowed per household address.
We need 70 signatures to pass the amendment and we only heard from half of the homeowners in the last vote. We would love to hear from everyone! The petition closes on 12/24/2021.

I really did not think we would actually pull this off so quickly but seeing the momentum build makes me think we might finally get those greenhouses in the backyard. It honestly feels like things are shifting and I am just so happy that we are all on the same page about needing more storage space for our gardening supplies.

REALLY NEED THIS. i want a greenhouse for my tomatoes and the current rules are just outdated and honestly kind of annoying. thanks for doing this.

Finally. My mower has been in the garage for 3 years and it takes up way too much space. Just let us have a shed already.
