We urge Baltimore County to reduce traffic speeds along Honeygo Boulevard between Forge Road and Joppa Road in Perry Hall. The Baltimore County Police Department should make enforcement of speed limits a top priority in this area. The Baltimore County Department of Public Works should develop a package of engineering options to reduce speeding. This package should include traffic signalization at Cross Road. Speeding is not just a matter of public safety. It affects the quality of life in our community.
