we are almost at one hundred signatures so please keep pushing because the planning commission is definitely starting to notice us. if you could just get a couple more people to sign today it would put us in a much better spot for the meeting.

Dont let them ruin the block. Once you allow one it never stops.
Why even have ordinances if the commission just ignores them whenever a developer asks? Total joke.
This is ridiculous. If they sub divide these lots it sets a bad precedent for the whole street. Nobody wants a giant house squeezed into a tiny space.
Keep our neighborhood the way it is. We bought here because of the character of the lots. Stop letting developers ruin everything for a quick buck.
PLEASE PROTECT OUR ZONING LAWS. WE HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 20 YEARS AND DONT WANT THE DENSITY CHANGED.

So frustrated by this. Those lots are the standard for a reason. Keep the building lines consistent or it will look like a mess.
