I am sure you have seen the subdivision zoning sign on Carl Davis Rd right down from the school. I know growth is inevitable in our area, after all, who wouldn't want to live here. My proposal is the the lot size be kept at 5 acres to conform to the majority of the residents in our area; although most have much more than 5 acres. My proposal is that we petition the county to make it 5 acre lots with at least 2200 Sq Ft houses. Please sign and pass this along if you want our area to remain our area. Meeting on Hammond Drive on Thursday night February 7, 6 PM

The zoning was a major factor in our decision to buy in this area. Please keep the zoning at 5 acres with 2200+ for homes.

Please keep the lot size at 5 acres as most homes in this area. I would love to continue to have large yards for our children and pets and those who move here to have horses.

Having homes 2200sq will bring in more stability for the Bold Springs area. Especially less traffic.

To many houses in such a small area. I think the entire area would be in favor of fewer houses and larger lots. That fits the area..

Yes, they should be min. 5 acre lots with the 2200 sq. feet. Thats how it was when I bought my property back in 1997.

We did not move in this area to live in subdivisions..We moved to an area zoned agriculture purposedly because we wanted privacy for ourselves and our animals
