Final supporters
Tina Cottrell is the administrator for Clinton County Parkview Home in Frankfort,Indiana and has worked there for 26 years. She had been an assistant and then with the passing of her boss she became the manager. Not only does she serve as the “boss” but to those residents out there she has become a friend, family, and a warm and compassionate person that doesn’t put herself above any of them, but as the new year rolls in that all changes. As of this Friday, January 3rd, 2013 she will be out of a job after successfully running Parkview for 26 years. How does an elected Frankfort Gem who has been successful in her career for so many years lose her job? Because she is the victim of commissioners who would rather focus on what she does on a day to day basis rather than more serious matters within the community.
They have bullied, followed, and embarrassed her in front of the community and are now trying to take her job and leave her voiceless. WE NEED TO BE HER VOICE.

I've seen Tina in action, removing her from this position is an unjust and and extremely negligent decision. She's donenmorebforbthis community and those residents than we even realize. The lack of her presence would be a great loss and outrage to this community.
Tina cared for my Grandpa for several years until his death this May. My Aunt had lived at Parkview for over 30 years. Tina loves those people. She is their family. Especially when may of them don't have family anymore. Keep Tina where she belongs!!!!
Tina is an amazing leader. She helped a resident find his son, so he could make peace with him before he passed away at Parkview. She helped the family prepare for the funeral. This is a work that not everyone can do. Tina truly does an amazing job.
My dad was there for 5yrs and without Tina and her staff I dont know how we would have made it .Icould call day or night and they would always answer .I live in al. and ihad Tinas cell#she was always there for me.
It would be a sad day for not only the residents who consider Tina to be their family and friend, but also for the entire community if we were to allow bureaucracy and politics to take precedence over compassion and common sense.

I couldn't imagine anyone else doing her job. It takes a special person to be as successful as she is with the residents from Parkview. I have only witnessed professional, heartfelt care from her. I fear many many, that would fill this position, would not give the residents what they need to even continue to feel human. They need the caring support. Are they just doing this, because they plan on closing it down? I believe that would be it's demise, by just ripping Tina from the position. Rather than her personally training someone. .

As someone in the same field, these people need the help and support of someone like Tina. Why should she lose her job after 26 years when she's done it so well? You should reconsider your decision because it is so wrong on so many levels.
