Im sure we've all heard about the old house on 7875 Ogden Landing road. Although it may not be the best looking house on the block, in my opinion, does not mean that it may be demolished. If you dont know miss Teresa Bolden, then your missing out on a great friend. She may rub off as mean or crazy but that only means you dont know her like I do. She is one of the sweetest people i know and has a huge heart. Miss Bolden and her late husband came up with the plans to build this house a long time ago. Now that he has passed, this is all she has left of him. Please, do NOT destroy her home just beacuse you are selfish and "do not like the veiw of the house on your way to work". The estimation of the demolition of this home is about $6,500. Now, considering that the $6,500 will be tax money aka OUR money, we should decide how WE want to spend it! Why not use that $6,500 and buy wood for a privacy fence? I know plenty of people who agree with me on this idea and would also help build this fence for Miss Bolden. After you signatures are signed on this petition, this will be brought to Executive judge, Van Newberry, who i have breifly spoke on the phone with. PLease look at this through Miss Boldon's eyes.
