The City of Lomita is about to approve a large five-story apartment building.

What does this mean for current residents?

It means there will be more congestion, and issues with streets, water, and sewage not upgraded to handle the increased capacity.

This will also set precedent for more large scale developments. That means potentially sky-high rental rates in the near future. Current residents may be forced out of their homes if developments of this scale will continue to be built throughout Lomita and neighboring cities such as Torrance.

Sign this petition if you do NOT approve of this!

You can also come and speak out at city hall:

Aug 14 @ 6:30 Planning commission

Aug 15 @ 6:30 City council meeting
