Reference is made to the proposal to build multi-family dwellings between Crestwood Road, Highland Ave and Post Road. A copy of the preliminary renderings of the buffering outlined by the landscape architect is in the original email for your reference. Please note that this neighborhood is constructed of all single-family homes. The proposal is outlining the building of multi-family homes in this area.
We feel this will devalue the property values within the Crestwood neighborhood. if you are in agreement with opposing the planned development please sign the attached petition and include your address in the comments.
We will combine the physical signatures and online signatures and send to the Mayor's office, planning and zoning board. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This is a single family home neighborhood. Having multi-family townhouses or apartment blocks with higher density occupancy will affect adversely affect the value of our neighborhood, in monetary terms, as well as appearance and increased traffic.
No fway!!!!! They build condos and then they move out if the ne ighborhood. Hah!

The Crestwood community is a beautiful, historic Warwick neighborhood. To squeeze these condos that have no character, and would be blocking bay views and removing privacy for our neighbors, is sad and selfish. Please find another plot for your “vision”.
