I started this because I was worried about our block but seeing how many of you feel the same way has been completely overwhelming. I have been spending my time looking into the zoning process and preparing our points for the upcoming hearing. This is all thanks to you since I never expected anyone to pay attention to me.

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many neighbors feel the same way about our streets. This momentum belongs entirely to you because I never imagined our small concerns would resonate with so many people.

They just keep packing people in here without fixing the infrastructure first. It is getting out of hand.
STOP RUINING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD! We dont need giant condos everywhere. Enough is enough.

Ridiculous. Park ave is already a nightmare to drive down and parking is impossible. 40 units is way too many for that block.
