I definitely disapprove of this project, we are already way to congested

There is already too much traffic in that area.

I strongly object to the apartment building planned for Crenshaw Bl and Lomita Bl. The additional traffic from 200 units may seem minimal to you but it seems horrible given the current traffic congestion. Please do not approve this project! The community is watching and I have not seen any supporters on a Lomita community facebook page.

Please do not approve this complex. Health issues prevented me from attending the meeting but I adamantly oppose more congestion and traffic. The area is overly populated now.

I believe the traffic study is flawed. It is too big for the area.

It's terrible just day-to-day traffic, but holiday traffic is horrific! It will be completely impossible if this is approved. No way!!

Too large a project for the area. 2-3 stories with a very specific traffic plan, maybe. But a 60 ft tall building in a small city, at one of the busiest intersection in the area is asinine. City Council's & planning commissions can be changed if they do not listen to the citizens. You work for us, not the other way around.

This area is already extremely congested due to businesses in the area. This will add to the already congested area. Please DO NOT. Allow this huge apartment complex to be built in this area.

This farce will border Torrance and greatly affect traffic in the area. Torrance city government and residents should have a say in this project.

Can't imagine this being built-worst intersection in So.Bay! Children (from 1 and 2 bedroom apts.unaffordable) will WALK to Torrance schools? NEVER! Up Pennsylvania??? NEVER! - all the way to Hull/Adams/Howard WOod schools..NEVER! To Lomita Magnet Elem.? Can't imagine a parent agreeing to that! Turning East on Lomita from that proposed complex? Impossible! Walking to restaurants and shopping? Can't imagine;its not multi=use or mixed-use community!

It already takes 2 to 3 lights to get through this intersection already!! It's all about the money the city will receive with no concern of the effects it will cause
