Residents and business owners of Glenwood Springs, a group of up-valley businessmen are trying to open a 16,000 sq. ft all in one mass marijuana edibles production, mass marijuana grow greenhouse, and retail marijuana sales operation in our city! Please sign this petition that will be presented to City Council next week on Thursday 11/19 so we can deny this mass marijuana operation from our town!

To sign, you must be over 21 and a resident or business owner within the city limits only please. If you are not within the city limits please please forward this to people that are! We only have a few days to convince City Council that we do not want this operation that is going to be producing marijuana concentrated oils, mass marijuana plant production, and in house produced edibles such as pops, candy, baked goods, as possible examples. What message are we sending to our tourists and our children if we allow this in our town. Not to mention the risks that an operation like this would bring to our community in many forms.

This application would be in addition to the 5 retail marijuana stores and 1 warehouse grow operation that we already have! These are enough for a town of our size and we want no more in our city. A town is about balance and we do not want to be known as a place that has marijuana stores left and right and we grow and produce in mass quantities including edible marijuana products. Its time to let our city know that we are not going to stand and watch our family friendly city and family tourist destination become a place that we do not even recognize anymore.

Purpose of petition in short: It is the desire of all that sign this petition to approve the appeal of the approval by the Glenwood Springs marijuana licensing authority and deny the applicant Osiris LLC all three marijuana licenses they have in application status at this time.
