As a citizen of Montana and resident of Helena I feel as though we can learn to live with wildlife, including deer, in our urban environment and oppose reducing city deer numbers to the degree proposed by the City Manager for 2012.
Helena's urban deer population brings with it a special quality of life to living in the city. I strongly urge the the Montana Fish Wildlife & Parks and the Helena City Commission to reconsider Helena's deer management program and/or the goals of the program as set forth by the City Manager . Thank you.

They were here before us! Love seeing the deer in the backyard every morning it makes Helena special. Leave them alone.
