Humble and humane request to board members and upper management of Emaar Dubai.
First and foremost sincere apologies for all the issues that have been caused with regards to the rescue cats I have.
Emaar is a good , clean, pet friendly family community. It is truly sad to witness my neighbor trying to tarnish the name of such a prestigious organization.
My neighbor has been a cat hater since I have moved in the community with my 4 cats. They kept complaining about cat walking on their wall and property they had even called the police and municipality.
I have been mentally and still being mentally harrassed by these neighbors to a point when I go in the court yard they come out to monitor me. I was left with no choice than put up a safety net.
Now the accusations of awful odor and flies infestation etc… is a lie. After a year and half suddenly these accusations.
Never had there even been any such complaint until a week ago solely made by my neighbor. Emaar can obtain footage of the property, they are welcome to ask each resident is the accusations are true. Residents bring their children to play with these cats, if the accusations were true no one would come near the premises.
I have written more the one email pleading begging for a grace period to have these cats relocated as they are in the process of being send to Europe arrangements have been made with an animal organization in Europe.
I have to raise AED 41k for the relocation. I would appreciate Emaar being a pet friendly community would give me maximum time of 4 months to raise the funds to have these innocent creation of God to be relocated.
Please have mercy on them. As you are aware there are restriction in raising funds in Uae, I am asking for 4 months, April, 30, 2023, I give my word on social media if these rescue cats are not relocated I will not stop Emaar from taking them away.
Please accept my humble request
Kindly note 6 kittens were rescued in bad condition from Emaar. Last month (November 2022) 3 tiny kittens just under three weeks old were found tied in a plastic bag thrown in the trash at Emaar, all I have done is try to help these innocent angels of God each of them were found either near death or broken legs. They are in the process of being moved to a country that is suitable for animals, an animal farm where they will have a good life.
All I am asking for is time please please please find it in your heart to give me time to raise funds to have them relocated.

As a Muslim country we ßhould be kind to animals....4 months is no big deal....Grant to these innocent souls....
These are part of this world and hababiat. We need to respect this creation of God. It is really against humanity to harm them.
Please help their cat mom save them all and give them better life if not here in ae then in EU where they will be safe and happy.
Give this lady some time to Save a Life. If you can't give her time, help her raise the funds. The Almighty will reward you! In shaa Allah.
Please give this lady the time she needs if not more to relocate the cats. There is way too much animal cruelty in the world and the least Emaar could do is to be kind and understanding about her situation.
Emaar Community! Please allow more time to relocate. Be kind people to all animals.

There is no rule to have a number of pets allowed in an apartment or villa in the UAE as long as the landlord or owner is fine with the tenant having pets and the community is pet friendly. No neighbor has the right to harass another because of individual liking towards pets. Unless they have valid proof of their complaint, actions can be taken by anyone.
