Either Family Dollar should add healthy products and produce or stop over saturating areas without a full grocery option.

This is sad. Glen Eden Dr is the only road leading to a quiet neighborhood with 150+ homes.
How are you going to put a dollar store at the entrance? No one in this neighborhood wants
these products, if we did we would travel half a mile to one of the other 9 dollar stores.

Districts 8 and 5 are already saturated with "dollar" stores. They do nothing to improve these areas, nor do they make our neighborhoods attract good quality development.

The East and Riverside areas of Fort Worth are already saturated with these low-cost, low-value “dollar” stores. We do NOT need yet another one. These businesses are not what this part of town needs in order to futher it’s vision.

Oppose any store with the name DOLLAR in it. Those type stores actually hurt a community’s chance of getting a traditional store.

It's already hard getting out of the neighborhood in the morning and afternoon due to traffic and the tree line obstructing the view now they want to put a store right in the way too with more traffic. I see more accidents on that corner and increased foot traffic.
