The Estuary in Riverview, FL is a quiet family community that cannot handle the traffic this will bring. Not only customer traffic, but delivery trucks, noise, filth and all the other side effects that come with. The proposed land layout dumps their thru traffic right into the entrance to our community…this is insane! The number of issues this will cause is countless.
Had many of us new homeowners known about this prior to purchasing, we probably would have never done so! Sign this petition so that we can let the powers-to- be know that Family Dollar is not welcome and would receive no business from us!

We already have enough traffic nightmare at that intersection. My kids ride bikes there and those delivery trucks will make it lethal. Keep this trash out of our neighborhood.
