This is sad. Glen Eden Dr is the only road leading to a quiet neighborhood with 150+ homes.
How are you going to put a dollar store at the entrance? No one in this neighborhood wants
these products, if we did we would travel half a mile to one of the other 9 dollar stores.

Stop saturating areas with these type of stores, there are way to many of them. By the way, the Eastside does not want any more of them, it is ridiculous how many we have.

We, The people, of Fort Worth Texas are tired of all the Family Dollar, and Dollar Tree type of stores. These stores are on every corner and must be stopped. Please listen to our request to stop the saturation of Family Dollar stores in our community.

Residential areas should be free of such cheap commercial stores.

Districts 8 and 5 are already saturated with "dollar" stores. They do nothing to improve these areas, nor do they make our neighborhoods attract good quality development.

I think the wishes of the neighborhood should trump those of a business wanting to push its way in.

There is over-saturation of these types of store. Also please no public storage units!

The East and Riverside areas of Fort Worth are already saturated with these low-cost, low-value “dollar” stores. We do NOT need yet another one. These businesses are not what this part of town needs in order to futher it’s vision.
As far as I know just in the Meadowbrook area I have counted seven dollar stores I think we have more than enough save the trees

We need development that enhances the neighborhood not stagnates it’s growth
