PETITION TO APPEAL THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF PHILADELPHIA BOARD OF EDUCATION'S REJECTION OF THE APPLICATION FOR A CHARTER SCHOOL OF GLOBAL LEADERSHIP ACADEMY INTERNATIONAL CHARTER HIGH SCHOOL PURSUANT TO 24 P.S. § 17-1717-A(i)

I am a resident of the Philadelphia School District; that I am over eighteen (18) years of age; and that I am signing the Petition to Appeal the May 25, 2023 decision and May 26, 2023 adjudication of the School District of Philadelphia Board of Education to reject the application of Global Leadership Academy International Charter High School to establish a charter school in the School District of Philadelphia, with full knowledge of the purpose of this petition. I knowingly include my name, address and signature on the Petition to Appeal the School District of Philadelphia Board of Education’s Rejection of the Application for a Charter School for Global Leadership Academy International Charter High School.
