I DECLARE that:
I am a resident of the Philadelphia School District; that I am over eighteen (18) years of age; and that I am signing the Petition to Appeal the May 25, 2023 decision and May 26, 2023 adjudication of the School District of Philadelphia Board of Education to reject the application of Global Leadership Academy International Charter High School to establish a charter school in the School District of Philadelphia, with full knowledge of the purpose of this petition. I knowingly include my name, address and signature on the Petition to Appeal the School District of Philadelphia Board of Education’s Rejection of the Application for a Charter School for Global Leadership Academy International Charter High School.
Furthermore, I acknowledge and accept that through this electronic submission, I am providing and confirming the contemporaneous and automated date stamp placed upon my electronic entry of this Declaration by "ipetitions.com", the medium through which I submit the same.
Finally, I direct that my intended execution and submission of this Declaration constitutes "An electronic sound, symbol or process attached to or logically associated with a record and executed or adopted by a person with the intent to sign the record.” pursuant to Pennsylvania's Electronic Transactions Act, 73 P.S. § 2260.103, and fully understand the quoted definition in this paragraph.

Our kids deserve better options in this city. Philly schools are failing and we need more choices like GLAI.
So tired of these bureaucrats deciding what is best for our neighborhoods when they dont even live here. Let the school open.
We need this school for our community. Stop blocking real progress.

GLA has been great for my nephew. Why would they stop a good thing? It makes no sense.
