Swimming is not a crime. The City/Town of Ithaca and Tompkins County need to immediately reverse focus and consider alternatives to restricting swimming at second dam and other wonderful swimming areas. Adults should be able to make decisions for themselves. We propose the city/town and county immediately adopt a resolution to address these concerns. Please consider sharing this important cause.
