We want fireworks in Massachusetts, of all sorts -- all of the kinds of fireworks. We think 10 years or older can use them. 10-13 years old need parent supervision. Other states have them so it doesn't seem right to not have them in Massachusetts.
If fireworks are illegal, why isnt water illegal? Because it can flood people!!!
Besides the state government has gone to far, there getting into rools like fireworks, and airsoft guns, it's turning into rools.

it makes no sense that we have to drive all the way to nh just to get decent fireworks. massachusetts is way to strict on everything lately. time to change the rules.

YES! Stop treating us like little kids. If a ten year old has adults watching them what is the big deal??
