Financial Relief To Covid-19 Pandemic: Request For 50% Discount To Maintenance Fees At The Symphony Tower Residences

Dear Owners,
We would like to seek all the Symphony Tower Residence owners to sign this petition.
The aim of this petition is to gather your signatures and sent to The Symphony Tower Residence Joint Management Body (JMB) as a congregated action to request for a 50% discount to the monthly maintenance fees in the coming 6 months (i.e. June 2020 to November 2020)
This initiative is also aimed to alleviate all the residences financially to get through the current economic climate in particularly to those owners who have little to no income during the entire Movement Control Order (MCO) imposed by the Malaysian Government on 18th March 2020 as a result of Covid-19 pandemic.
In addition, during this pandemic, many amenities within Symphony Tower Building have been shut down and disallowed for access due to health and safety reasons. Hence, this justifies further of why we are making this request.
Lastly, we hope that the incumbent JMB or/and the Committee Members who will be potentially elected in the next 6 months after the current month of May 2020 can stand together with all signatories of this petition as one during this unprecedented and unfortunate crisis.

A-32-17 support to give 50% discount for management fee due to COVID-19 and all the facilities closed down, a lot of things don’t need to maintain.
B-29-16 support to reduce 50% of management fee for 6months which take place from June 2020.
I would request for 50% reduce in maintainance fee due to covid 19..We have limited income and our financial status is not stable as of now..
Support reduce 50% off maintenance and upgrade guard house gate sensor and lift system. Brgd thks A38-3
