Covid-19 is having a devastating effect on small businesses, gig workers and non-salaried employees. Cancelling rent for the duration of the Covid-19 virus pandemic would relieve financial pressure, allow citizens to stay home from work without the added concern of losing their housing and limit the spread of the virus.

We, the residents of Inspiration At Frank Lloyd Wright (15600 N Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ, 85260) are petitioning the parent company ‘Holland Residential’ to cancel rent for the duration of the Covid-19 virus pandemic and to own their obligation to their residents in helping to limit the spread of the virus. If, in fact Holland Residential considers us ‘part of the Holland family’ as they state on their website, alleviating the worry of catching the virus and transmitting it to our families by being forced to go into work to pay for rent should be on the top of their list of priorities.
By signing this petition I hereby declare that I am a current resident of Inspiration At Frank Lloyd Wright apartments and I am petitioning for the cancellation of rent until the end of the Covid-19 virus pandemic.

THE MOMENTUM BEHIND THIS MOVEMENT IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! PEOPLE ARE FINALLY PAYING ATTENTION TO OUR DEMAND THAT HOLLAND RESIDENTIAL TRULY TREAT US LIKE FAMILY DURING THIS CRISIS!! STAY LOUD AND KEEP THIS ENERGY FLOWING BECAUSE WE ARE SHOWING THEM THAT OUR WELLBEING IS NOT NEGOTIABLE!!

I have been laid off at work indefinitely as I work at the Scottsdale Hilton hotel.
I am a private driver and I have lost 100% business from both of my local and traveling clients due to social distancing.
Please cancel rent at least until I can go back to work! Thank you!
Please freeze the rent! So many people are out of work and can’t afford to pay due to the covid-19 pandemic. Have a heart!

I work in Real Estate sales and everyone is scared to see homes or be in an unknown home due to fear. My business has come to a complete halt and If I can't sell, I have no income. Please assist

Due to the unforeseen circumstances surrounding the spread of COVID-19 all of my sources of income have dried up essentially overnight. I’m self employed and I’m in dire need of assistance. My biggest expense is my rent payment. It is impossible for me to practice social distancing or self isolation without any income to pay my bills. Any financial assistance, including having rent waived for the time being, would be extremely helpful.
