We request all JP Villa owners to come forward and participate in this petition to Nakheel for offering discount of 1 Quarter from Annual Maintenance Charges. Due to unprecedented situation created by COVID-19 everyone signing this petition is deeply financially impacted. Since we are loyal Nakheel customers, and have invested our life's savings in making Jumeirah Park as our home, Nakheel's acceptance on our genuine request would be highly appreciated.

Seeing this level of support for our request proves that many of us are struggling under the same weight. It has been a long road and my fatigue is real but knowing I am not alone gives me the resolve to keep pushing forward.

Requesting Nakheel management to offer respite to JP residents by offering discount of 1 quarter from annual maintenance fees. Thanks!
My salary has been reduced by 55% and hence need some relief in terms of a reduction of annual maintenance fees

it's been a weak time financially any consideration would be helpful
Pls provide us relief for 1 qtr amc in 2020. Thanks.

even 1qtr is not going to help requesting for 6 months as situation is very bad.
