Petition to Waive OOCC Monthly Dues for the Month of March, April and May 2020
We, the unit owners and tenants of One Oasis Ortigas, would like to request for the waiver of the monthly dues for the month of March, April and May 2020.
Given that the One Oasis Condominium Corporation, through the leadership of its Board of Trustees,
1) has not provided any form of assistance (cash or kind) to its unit owners and residents during the ECQ
2) has not promptly provided assistance in coordinating with the LGU officials in acquiring government aid,
we are requesting for the waiver of the OOCC monthly dues for the month of March, April and May 2020.
Most of the unit owners and tenants suffered some level of financial loss due to the ECQ and the waiver of the monthly dues will significantly help the members of the community to get back on their feet and pick up the pieces as we strive to adjust to the new normal brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic.
We are hoping and praying for a favorable response from the BOT in this matter. Truly, a crisis such as Covid-19 could bring out the best and the worst in everyone. Amidst the global fear and panic, we are seeking your support to the community through this small act of kindness.

im still waiting on a real response from the board of trustees even though ive reached out a few times now. reading through all your comments about the financial strain everyone is facing just proves how necessary this relief is for our neighbors.

im honestly so blown away by the response to this. its amazing to see everyone coming together because we really need this relief right now.

Least bit decency from an admin who did nothing until pushed and hounded by HOA.
I am a frontliner (nurse at QMMC) and I currently stay in the hospital. Will not be able to pay outside. Thank you for your consideration.
Already paid mine for April,. But it will be a big help if this will be an advanced payment and waived the months under GCQ. Thank you

Actually malaking tulong po sya. Pero we need to consider staying here our security guards to help us get secured dito sa assoc dues kinukuha and maintenance pagtapon ng basura .. Kung magkakaroon ng waive malaking tulong pa din... Sa mga na stop mag work... Sana magkaroon ng consideration.. Para sa lahat at ikapo protekta ng community...
