We the undersigned demand the right to a full postal service from Royal mail. Currently we do not receive parcels or special delivery items, which results in frustration, anger and interruption for the many residents of The Centre, Feltham, Middlesex. We ask that Royal Mail to give us the full service WE DESERVE which includes: - Full attempts to contact residents before leaving \'sorry we missed you\' notes. At present NO ATTEMPT is made to contact the residents. - The carrying and attempted delivery of ALL parcels and Special/Recorded delivery items with presupposition that they WILL be able to contact the residents by calling the apartment on the intercom. Currently the opposite is incorrectly assumed and these items are not carried to their final destination. We refute that calling the resident on the buzzer represents a security risk, as stated by our delivery manager on several occasions. We are happy to show photo id to collect our packages. We request that Royal Mail increases the staffing for Feltham if deemed necessary. We are paying customers and deserve a full service.
