Cuesta College has some of the most passionate, skilled, and dedicated teachers in California; they are also some of the lowest paid. The Central Coas is a successful, bustling hub of professionals, thanks in great part to Cuesta. If we don’t begin to pay our teachers the salary they deserve, we’re going to lose them to the many California community colleges who will pay them a fair wage. The powerful dynamic of our strong, educated community would be irreparably damaged without access to Cuesta for self- and professional- improvement.
